On February 6, Ambassador Magoshi attended the launching ceremony of a project funded by the Japanese Government through the UNOPS in support of the Lebanese Armed Forces, at the Headquarters of the Lebanese Armed Forces, in the presence of Lebanon's Army Commander General Joseph Aoun.
This project will help equip the Shoukri Ghanem Medical Dispensary in Mount Lebanon and the Ministry of Defense Medical Dispensary with renewable energy systems in response to the ongoing electricity crisis. This assistance will also support the military Ein Ebel Hospital in Nabatieh through the provision of medical equipment for its intensive care unit, to enhance the hospital’s capacity and the healthcare services provided in the region.
