Japan Rehabilitates FPAO’s Boarding School in Fanar

The Embassy of Japan funded the rehabilitation of FPAO (Father Afif Osseiran Foundation)’s Boarding Technical School in Fanar.
On the occasion of the project completion, on February 23 2018, H.E. Mr. Matahiro Yamaguchi, Ambassador of Japan to Lebanon, attended the inauguration ceremony organized by FPAO, a local NGO that provides various support to the vulnerable local communities. With the renovation of the school, up to 175 boys aged between 10 and 19 will be able to receive proper education in the newly rehabilitated facility.
