Japan Provides Support to Baakleen Medical Center and PRCS in Lebanon

The Embassy of Japan provides advanced medical equipment to Baakleen Medical Center and PRCS’s Haifa Hospital and Hamshari Hospital for helping thousands of Lebanese, Palestinian refugees and Syrian refuges.
To fund the projects, on January 25 2018, H.E. Mr. Matahiro Yamaguchi, Ambassador of Japan to Lebanon signed a grant contract respectively with Dr. Abou Ayyash, CEO of Baakleen medical Center and Dr. Chahede, Director General of PRCS-L, which provides USD 174,097 in total through the Grant Assistance for Grass-roots Human Security Program (GGP).
