Japan Rehabilitates an Elementary Public School in Ghubairi

The Government of Japan funded the rehabilitation of El Ghubairi First Mixed Elementary Public School in Ghubairi, in order to provide a safer educational environment for the children of the area.
On the occasion of the project completion, on February 26 2019, H.E. Mr. Matahiro Yamaguchi, Ambassador of Japan to Lebanon, attended the project completion ceremony organized by Innovation Development Association (INNODEV). The ceremony was also attended Mrs. Sanaa Soueid, the principal of the school. With a grant of USD 90,780, around 475 students are now able to receive quality education in the newly renovated facility.
